Model Development: Create and develop 3D models using BIM software Revit for various MEP systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other related systems.
System Design and Coordination: Design and coordinate MEP systems within the BIM environment to ensure clash-free installations. Identify and resolve clashes or conflicts between different systems and trades to avoid coordination issues during construction.
Documentation: Generate detailed drawings, diagrams, and reports based on the BIM models to provide accurate information for construction, fabrication, and installation purposes. Prepare material take-offs and schedules for procurement and cost estimation.
