- Experience 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Education Any Bachelor’s degree Key Responsibilities:
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure a user-centered design approach.
- Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, and other data-driven insights.
- Documentation: Maintain and update design documentation, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across the platform. Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
- Experience with PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter and Wordpress
- Proficiency in MySQL or other relational databases
- Have thorough knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

- Develop and create accurate and detailed 3D BIM models from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure the BIM model meets project requirements.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolve BIM model coordination issues and clashes.
- Generate 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models.
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software and technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and communication.
- Manage and update customer and prospect databases.
- Analyze lead generation data and metrics to improve strategies and tactics continually.
- Create and deliver reports and updates to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest lead generation trends and technologies.
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
